Our involvement in the construction of the impressive Ajax Warehouse encompassed various pivotal tasks. Notably, Urgiles undertook extensive earthworks and grading operations, facilitating the project's foundational requirements. This included the removal of 134,000 m3 of topsoil, the establishment of a 112,000 m2 building pad, and the efficient removal of 240,000 m3 of fill material.

Moreover, our contributions extended beyond the initial groundwork. We conducted the final site grading, ensuring precision and adherence to project specifications. Additionally, we were responsible for the procurement and placement of all granular materials essential for the building slab's structural integrity. Furthermore, we undertook the construction of a new road adjacent to the property, enhancing accessibility and infrastructure in the vicinity.
