We are proud to have successfully delivered the full scope of construction services for the Premier Poly Products site, showcasing our expertise in earthworks, site servicing, and paving. The project began with critical earthworks, including site preparation, excavation, and backfilling, where we removed 5,500 m³ of fill and prepared the gravel base for the slab-on-grade. 

 

In the site servicing phase, we supplied and installed water, sanitary, and storm systems, including storm tanks and all required connections to existing infrastructure. Our team managed excavation, material removal, backfilling, and compaction with precision, ensuring the site was fully prepared for the next stages of construction. 

 

The paving scope was then completed with the installation of both heavy-duty and light-duty asphalt. This included fine grading, granular base preparation, and compaction to ensure long-lasting results. In addition, we installed curbs, sidewalks, concrete aprons, and specialized features such as tactile plates and depressed curbs.
