​​We are proud to have successfully completed the redevelopment of 1 Keensford Court in Ajax, ON, a project that showcases our ability to deliver comprehensive construction services.

The work began with the demolition of an existing building, followed by extensive site preparation, including earthworks, grading, and site servicing. This laid the foundation for the new paved and fenced trailer storage yard. Our completed scope also included the installation of a 140-linear-meter Durahold retaining wall, as well as concrete sidewalks, curbs, dolly pads, and asphalt paving—ensuring a durable and functional base for the site.

To finish the project, we installed 345 linear meters of fencing and gates, completed line painting, signage, landscaping, and other site accessories. The electrical systems were also finalized with a fully integrated setup, featuring site lighting and power distribution to light poles.
